SHIPPING POLICY

The Ami Kitchen is not responsible for any delays in shipping once an order has left our facility. The Ami Kitchen assumes no responsibility for products damaged or spoiled due to delays related to an incorrectly entered shipping address by the customer.

All items are shipped via USPS.

Shipping charges are based on total shipping weight.

Shipments are only made within the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.

Refunds cannot be given for shipments once it leaves our facility for the following reasons:

An incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
Delays caused by major holidays.
Weather related delivery issues.
Problems beyond our control.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Shipping addresses with a P.O. Box will cause a delay until we can obtain a correct shipping address.

We cannot be held responsible for packages left at an address when someone is out-of-town. Please make sure the recipient will be home before submitting an order.

If you plan to make a large order, please send your request to info@TheAmiKitchen.com. We may be able to save you on shipping charges.

PERISHABLE ITEMS

Due to the perishable nature of our treats, they are shipped nationwide within three (3) to five (5) days via USPS.

All perishable orders are shipped Monday - Thursday.

We cannot send out shipments on the following days: Memorial Day, Labor Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day. Packages will not be delivered on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.

COVID-19

Due to the unpredictable nature of the COVID-19 impacts, please consider ordering well in advance to avoid delays. This extra time will minimize your stress and worry; therefore allowing you the maximize enjoyment when the treats arrive.

REFUND POLICY

Strictly No Refunds!

All sales are final and you'll not be able to return your purchased items for a replacement or refund.
